Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take a few additional business days.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery time is 5–9 business days (depending on your location and carrier conditions).
Total Estimated Delivery Time
In most cases, the total estimated time to receive your order is up to 14 business days (3–5 business days for processing + 5–9 business days for shipping).
Please note that in periods of high demand, delivery may take a few additional business days.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, weather, or other events outside our control.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost, contact us at thornaset@outlook.com and we will do our best to assist you.
