Returns (30-Day Policy)

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it (unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered),

  • With original tags (if applicable),

  • In its original packaging, and

  • With a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you return instructions and the return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Important: We do not accept returns sent back without first requesting a return and receiving authorization.

Damages, Defects, and Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items / Final Sale Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants),

  • Custom-made or personalized items (including special orders),

  • Personal care items (such as beauty products),

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases, and

  • Gift cards.

Discounted / Sale Items (Final Sale):
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, all discounted, promotional, and sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (if eligible). Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

European Union (EU) 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped to a country in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, with tags (if applicable), and in the original packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase.

Note: This EU right of withdrawal may not apply to certain items (including custom or personalized goods) as permitted by applicable law.

Refunds

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether the refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
